So, here at PAIRIN, we have a lot of conversations every day about the impact competency-based learning can have on students, best ways to identify if an applicant is going to be a good fit, which skills leaders say contribute to their success the most, and on and on and on.
Basically, we love talking.
And then, we remembered not everyone gets to be a fly on the wall in the PAIRIN office. That was a bit upsetting to us.
