This is PAIRIN’s fifth year on this esteemed list.
Built In today announced that PAIRIN was honored in its 2025 Best Places To Work Awards. The annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to those in the enterprise, and honors both remote-first employers as well as companies in large tech markets across the U.S.
PAIRIN was named in the following categories:
- Best U.S. Startup Companies to Work For (#39)
- Best Startups to Work For in Colorado (#4)
- Best Places to Work in Colorado (#56)
This is the second national Built In recognition for PAIRIN and the fifth Colorado Best Places to Work award since 2019. Previously, PAIRIN was recognized by Built In as a Best Places to Work in 2024, 2023, 2022 and in 2019.
Built In’s winners of Best Places to Work recognizes companies whose compensation, benefits and company culture represent the offerings candidates are seeking most frequently. The program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.
