By enabling you to develop your clients more effectively and prove the impact of your coaching, these virtual course offerings allow you to improve and practice your skills from wherever you work.

This course will teach you all of the ins and outs of the system to ensure you are maximizing your effectiveness. Meet your Instructor: Susan Simpson

As an applied scientist and professional coach, Susan has engaged in more than 10,000 hours of research and coaching related to social and emotional learning. She worked internationally, training and developing future psychologists, counselors and managers for 14 years. Her background in industry, nonprofit organizational leadership and her ongoing passion for career readiness led to her role as Director of Coach Training at PAIRIN. Merging theory and practice, she has translated technical bodies of knowledge into consumable content across the entire breadth of the PAIRIN’s products and tools. She is instrumental in the validation and ongoing development of the PAIRIN measure as well as the coaching courses.

PAIRINOLOGY 101: Discerning What Drives & Inhibits People

The perfect introduction to PAIRIN coaching, this online course will help you understand the key motivators to engagement, performance, change, team-building, leadership and more. You will explore the foundational Imperatives, discover their evidence-based role in development and learn to identify when an individual’s foundational skills may need reinforcement.

Experience Criteria

Must be a current PAIRIN client who has completed the onboarding process

Commitment

The course includes 3 hours of live online class time, 1-2 hours of assignments, and a final examination.

PAIRINOLOGY 201: The Art of Debriefing

In this online course, you will examine new attributes and focus on how to use PAIRIN data to debrief and coach individuals. You will learn a practical approach to interpreting and conveying PAIRIN insights, tips and questions so coachees feel affirmed in their strengths and eager to tackle potential growth areas. Assignments and practice debriefs – with feedback – will implement your learning to make it stick.

Experience Criteria

PAIRINOLOGY 101 plus any of the following: licensed in counseling or social work, accredited coach or completion of PAIRIN’s The Coaching Pathway.

Commitment

9 hours of virtual class time, 4 hours of practice, 6-8 hours of assignments and a final examination.

PAIRINOLOGY 301: Decoding Exceptional People

This course is for PAIRIN power users and advanced coaches who want to take a deep dive into examining the behaviors of exceptional individuals. We will explore examples of uncommon and unusual scores. You will expand your knowledge and coaching expertise to empower individuals with unique mindsets and soft skills. Both PAIRINOLOGY 101 & 201 are prerequisites to this course.

Completion of both PAIRINOLOGY 101 & 201.

6 hours of virtual class time, 4-6 hours of assignments and a final examination.

PAIRINOLOGY 302: TeamUP Essentials

This online course will teach you how to compare and contrast multiple surveys to offer insights that will develop team awareness and performance. Learn to help group members build bonds around similarities and respect differing styles to enhance communication. Use PAIRIN’s built-in charts to identify collective superpowers and potential blind spots, and ultimately, set the stage for ongoing team development and growth.

Experience Criteria

Completion of both PAIRINOLOGY 101 & 201.

3 hours of virtual class time, 3 hours of practice, 3 hours of assignments and a final examination.
