PAIRIN CEO Michael Simpson Accepted into Forbes Technology Council

Michael Simpson, CEO and Co-founder of PAIRIN, has been accepted into the Forbes Technology Council, an invitation-only community for world-class CIOs, CTOs and technology executives.

Michael joins other Forbes Technology Council members, who are hand-selected, to become part of a curated network of successful peers and get access to a variety of exclusive benefits and resources, including the opportunity to submit thought leadership articles and short tips on industry-related topics for publishing on Forbes.com.

Forbes Councils combine an innovative, high-touch approach to community management perfected by the team behind Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) with the extensive resources and global reach of Forbes. As a result, Forbes Council members get access to the people, benefits and expertise they need to grow their businesses — and a dedicated member concierge who acts as an extension of their own team, providing personalized one-on-one support.

“I am excited for the opportunity to contribute meaningful content through Forbes, a trusted and respected source for business information,” said Michael Simpson. “As a growing tech company leading the revolution towards competency-based hiring, PAIRIN has analyzed 100’s of millions of behavioral data points for predicting the job performance of students, veterans and professionals across thousands of job roles and industries that I look forward to sharing,” added Michael.

Scott Gerber, founder of Forbes Councils, says, “We are honored to welcome Michael Simpson into the community. Our mission with Forbes Councils is to curate successful professionals from every industry, creating a vetted, social capital-driven network that helps every member make an even greater impact on the business world.”

Michael is a son of educators, and corporate intrapreneur turned three-time entrepreneur. His passion for helping people reach their potential was fueled by his own rise from poverty to international recognition as a market strategist. He has worked in the software industry for more than 25 years running product divisions, marketing and strategy for Fortune 500, mid-sized and startup tech companies.

Michael co-founded PAIRIN after over a decade as a certified coach and spending over six years living in Russia coaching many at-risk young adults to successful careers. As the CEO of PAIRIN, he works to bridge the opportunity gap for future generations by enabling educators and employers to predict and develop behavioral performance. In this role, he’s had the privilege of partnering with organizations like the U.S. Department of Labor, the Center for Data Science and Public Policy, the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, post-secondary institutions and many workforce readiness programs. He’s deeply involved in the regular analysis of millions of soft skills data points from entrepreneurs, veterans, students and business people.
