Lauren is a Customer Success Consultant at PAIRIN with a passion for the intersection of workforce development and education. What makes her tick? Creative solutions that can support the most marginalized communities. Lauren began her career in community organizing in Mexico City and has worked for nearly two decades in Denver non-profits. With a strong focus on frontline workers, youth, and families, Lauren is a highly skilled leader with a demonstrated history of leading diverse teams.
Why PAIRIN? My passion for making connections, cultivating strong relationships, and empowering others to do their best work brought me to PAIRIN. I work hard to approach all things with joy, and I'm thrilled to be part of a visionary, dedicated, and innovative team that is always striving to improve.
Who/what has been your greatest teacher? Reflection - the skill of reflection has been one of the most important teachers in my life. I’m always brainstorming how things can be improved, changed, or done differently in the future.
Things you love: Spending time with family and friends, laughing a lot, hiking and skiing in the Colorado mountains, and cooking and eating great food.
