PAIRIN Welcomes Dan Hawthorne, Ph.D., as New Director of I/O Psychology

PAIRIN announced the addition of Dr. Dan Hawthorne to its leadership team today. Dr. Hawthorne joins the growing PAIRIN team as the Director of I/O Psychology. He brings a variety of skills from academic research and practical environments to the Denver-based social enterprise company whose mission is to make education relevant and hiring equitable. 

As an I/O Psychologist, Dr. Hawthorne embraces the challenges of ambiguous and complex organizational change and leads teams and organizations to use data-driven methods to solve problems. His 10+ years of consulting experience included creating solutions for multiple Fortune 500 clients, such as Anheuser Busch-InBev, Harley Davidson, DHL and Intel. 

Prior to PAIRIN, Dr. Hawthorne was a Senior Director of Client Relationship Management for ETS, providing thought leadership, business development and consultative connection between internal and external clients. Additionally, he’s served as a Senior Statistician for a Big Data initiative at State Farm Insurance and as Senior Principal Consultants for two boutique consulting agencies working on multiple organizational projects.  

Dr. Hawthorne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Arts in Psychology, and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. He also served in the United States Army as a Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Specialist.
