Built In today announced that PARIN was honored in its 2022 Best Places To Work Awards. PAIRIN earned a place on the Colorado Best Small Companies to Work For list. Built In recognizes top employers of all sizes, from startups to enterprise, featuring those who go above and beyond for their people, benefits, support, culture programs and initiatives.
Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work annual awards program based on company data about compensation, benefits and companywide programming. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings.
PAIRIN was previously selected for this same category in 2019.
