Over the past year, our I/O Psychologist led the PAIRIN team on a rigorous exploration process to identify opportunities to improve the survey experience. As a result, we are excited to roll out a series of updates and enhancements over the course of 2021. The first update is no longer requiring the gender field during the account creation process. Our research determined that gender is not necessary to collect, and in some cases, could be a barrier to completion for some survey takers. In the second phase, we will shorten the length of the survey by 20 percent. These updates will reduce barriers to survey completion while fully maintaining the integrity of the science and the results produced by The PAIRIN Survey.
