Proving Program Impact to Increase Funding
CrossPurpose used PAIRIN to measure growth in the individuals who participate in the 6-week Personal Development portion of their Career & Community Development Program. The results not only showed significant growth in key areas such as Independence, Accountability and more, but the consistent aggregate growth data proved the program’s impact and ROI. This, in turn, helped impress donors, resulting in increased funding for the program!
