Proving Apprenticeship Program Impact in the Manufacturing Industry
Each year, nearly 200 high school students participate in work-based learning programs designed by GPSEd. These students are immersed in hands-on, technical and career training supported by local business partners. In the 2018-2019 school year, students in the GPSEd-managed education centers participated in a pilot launch of the GPSEd Personal Development Program™ that combines on-the-job and in-classroom coaching of students on soft skills with the PAIRIN survey and online curriculum.
