Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Product Marketer to join our team. 

The Product Marketing Manager at PAIRIN is the catalyst for bringing our products to market. This individual oversees how our products are positioned as well as full message implementation across all marketing and sales channels. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for thoroughly understanding PAIRIN’s products, and marketing them to prospects and customers through research, positioning and messaging. This individual also supports the Sales Team by leading product training and crafting promotional collateral and tools that are timely and consistent with product messaging tenants.

About you

Roles and responsibilities

MARKETING 

  • Work with the Marketing Director to determine product positioning and develop key messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Create product marketing documents for distribution to internal and external audiences
  • Plan and execute the external launch of new products, features and integrations 
  • Research, recommend and attend events to promote product offerings
  • Maintain product web pages and create content for product promotion, such as videos, webpages, blog posts and email copy

MARKET RESEARCH 

  • Research and maintain key audience personas to inform go-to-market strategies and audience targeting
  • Conduct detailed competitor analysis for new and existing products
  • Utilize market research to make recommendations for product pricing and packaging
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP

  • Work with colleagues across product, design, customer success and sales to drive consistent user experience and communication
  • Ensure all relevant internal and external audiences are informed on the product roadmap, including all upcoming releases, updates, new products and sunsetting products
  • Collaborate with the product and leadership teams to inform roadmap priority and market strategy based on research
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to internal and external audiences
  • Develop sales tools and training to facilitate the selling process of new products, such as flyers/collateral, pitch decks, email templates, competitor battle cards, videos, etc.

Experience requirements include:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • 2-3 years in product marketing, ideally in technology products

Extra points for:

  • Experience with graphic design software
  • Extensive product marketing experience or certification(s)
  • Experience in the ed-tech market
