Paige’s career path has been anything but linear, spanning private equity, art education, and nonprofit work. She has supported executives, built and trained teams, implemented CRM tools and optimized technology systems to help organizations work smarter and stay connected. Through it all, relationships have been at the heart of her work, she believes the strongest solutions come from listening, understanding, and connecting with people first.

Her experience has given her a unique balance of creativity and structure, allowing her to connect with people while also designing processes that help them succeed. Now at PAIRIN, she brings that same passion for meaningful work and relationship-driven solutions to the teams and communities she supports.

Who/What has been your greatest teacher: The communities and people I’ve been privileged to serve. They’ve taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of being present for others.

Things you love: Creating art, exploring mountain trails, swimming, listening to live music, spending time by the river with my dogs, and finding ways to connect people through shared experiences.
