PAIRIN is excited to announce the purchase of the PAIRIN Pro Essential Skills product by MIRRIM, LLC, a coaching organization owned by PAIRIN’s Director of Coach Training, Susan Simpson.
PAIRIN decided to focus its efforts on the My Journey product and features. In an effort to better serve you and further develop the PAIRIN Pro Essential Skills product, PAIRIN made the decision to transfer ownership of the product to MIRRIM, where it will continue to impact the lives of individuals and the alongsiders that support them.
MIRRIM, LLC is a professional coaching, leadership development and coach training firm based in Colorado, with team members across the U.S. and Canada. Susan Simpson, MIRRIM’s Founder and CEO, led the original content development and coach training for the PAIRIN Pro product for nearly 10 years. She cares deeply about the coaches, counselors, professionals, and individuals that the product impacts every single day and is eager to invest in the software to further its value to current and future users. Short term, you shouldn’t expect any changes to your experience with the platform, except with regards to the branding. The PAIRIN and PAIRIN Pro logos will be changed to MIRRIM (the company) and IRIS (the survey interface). IRIS is an acronym for the “Individual Readiness and Improvement Suite”. You may also experience increased performance due to the first phase of platform optimizations. As MIRRIM continues to enhance the platform, changes will be shared with you. MIRRIM will be reaching out to many of you for feedback and ideas. From a business perspective, invoicing and payment processing will now run through MIRRIM, LLC, as well as tech support. Your pricing will remain the same, but MIRRIM may offer additional pricing tiers in the future.

Work on transitioning to MIRRIM began months ago and is expected to be completed by the end of July/early August.
MIRRIM has already begun the process of designing and building out enhancements that many of you have requested, and the team at MIRRIM has imagined for years. Most of the initial work will be on the back end of the software, so you might not notice much for a few months. In 2025, MIRRIM plans to release significant improvements to reporting and other areas that will provide better presentation of growth over time, etc.
