The People of PAIRIN

Our culture is rooted in open, honest communication, hard work and a lot of fun. We are a tight-knit group of professionals dedicated to developing our own skills through constant learning and growth, and we aren’t scared to take on any task and jump in to help with any project when our skills and expertise are needed. We check our egos at the door, and spend our days together driving toward a common goal – impacting the lives of future generations by ushering in a world where they will no longer be judged solely on GPAs and resume fluff, but by their true potential.

Our Purpose

We are a social enterprise company whose mission is to make education relevant and hiring equitable. PAIRIN was founded on the belief that all people have amazing value, but most of us never realize our potential. People are too often put into ill-fitting boxes, told we can’t, won’t and will never be able to attain our dreams. Many people hear this so much they never even dream big, or pursue their goals as if they are truly attainable. At PAIRIN, this is something we want to change.
