Kailee has worked in diverse industries and positions thus far in her career, focusing on people development and data analytics. She is motivated by finding solutions to complex problems and building trusting relationships with those around her. Before PAIRIN, Kailee worked in corporate, startup, and higher education settings, building and developing communities of support to contribute to education and career opportunities for adult learners.
Why PIRIN? I believe in centering the skills folks bring to the table to create opportunities. I am grateful to have my personal values align with the work PAIRIN does to ultimately drive positive social impact.
Who/what has been your greatest teacher? Meeting new people. I’ve been privileged to have the opportunity to immerse myself in a variety of places and situations. I have met incredible people who have been kind enough to share their experiences and stories, which has allowed me to reflect deeply on my own experiences and social identities in order to grow.
Things you love: Early morning hikes, creating new recipes, live entertainment, all dogs, that first cup of coffee in the morning, watching the kids in my family learn and grow, and smoked gouda.
