With a background in innovation and strategy in the management consulting space, Gabby brings her proficiency in optimizing processes, defining digital strategies and operationalizing change to the PAIRIN team. She is a people person with a strong affinity for organization, accountability and above and beyond, delivery. Her passion is to drive forward and deliver strategic initiatives to generate meaningful impact for end-users and organizations alike.

Why PAIRIN? I have always been a passionate advocate for education equity. I believe that there is a serious need to shift how we approach education, particularly when it comes to soft skills. I love that PAIRIN takes a bespoke, human-centered approach to solve for some of the most challenging issues facing the education sector today. I am thrilled to be working with a team that is challenging the norm and driving significant, meaningful change!

Who/What has been your greatest teacher? As cliché as it may be, my mother. My mother was, and still is, a “serial volunteer.” From a young age, she instilled in me the importance of leading with empathy. Any time I am in a tough situation, whether it be work or personal, I hear her voice of reason reminding me to lead with kindness, warmth, generosity and empathy.

Things you love: I love to hike and do most things fitness-related. I am excited to be living in Denver with several national parks so near! I am also a classically trained singer, but the only performances I commit to these days are in the shower. When I get the time, I love to travel. My favorite destinations to date have been Porto, Portugal and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. I also love my dogs, or really any pets! I am a big advocate for rescue and shelter pets and can be caught volunteering at shelters most weekends.
