Catapulting organizations to top-performance has been at the forefront of Carine’s executive career for over 20 years. As an architect of impactful change, and a strategic transformational leader, she develops and implements innovative global marketing strategies and operations that provide overarching change in business growth; overcome challenges and advance business goals in the global marketplace. She enjoys directing large global teams for billion-dollar revenue generating enterprises. Carine has led multiple software companies and was most recently President and CEO of Banyan Software.
Before joining Banyan, Clark was president and CEO at MaritzCX, a global customer experience (CX) software and services company where she was named the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 Award Winner in the Utah Region. Carine was also recognized as Women of the Year by Utah Business in 2019
Carine earned her MBA and B.A. degrees at Brigham Young University.
